Recipe Ingredients

{{ multiplier * 5 }} Large Eggs
{{ multiplier * .25 }} x c Avocado Oil
{{ multiplier * 2 }} x tbsp Sour Cream
{{ multiplier * 1 }} x tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
{{ multiplier * 1 }} x tsp Baking Soda
{{ multiplier * 1 }} x tsp Xanthan Gum
{{ multiplier * 1 }} x tsp Salt
{{ multiplier * 3 }} x tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
{{ multiplier * .5 }} x c Almond Flour
{{ multiplier * .25 }} x c Coconut Flour

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients together and blend with immersion blender or regular blender.

Pour thick batter into a greased 8x4 bread pan and use rubber spatula to spread it smooth. Dough will be a little sticky and thick.

Bake on 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Remove bread from pan after it's slightly cooled but let it cool completely before slicing.
