1 Cup per serving.

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

To make the dough, mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.

Add the cream cheese.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds.

Remove and add the egg and seasonings.

Mix until combined.

Spray a cupcake pan with nonstick spray and divide the dough evenly between each of the 12 cavities.

Press the dough down evenly and place into the oven for 7 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set aside.

While the dough is cooking, cook the hamburger meat until browned.

Drain the meat and return to the stove.

Add in all of the sloppy joe meat ingredients and stir until heated through.

Evenly divide and spoon the meat on top of the dough in the cupcake pan.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the meat.

Return the pan into the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and carefully remove the sloppy joe cups from the pan and serve.
