What value to you place on time? It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from or what you’re doing, we all have the same 24 hours. It’s what you do with those 24 hours that matters. Time is a finite resource, one day our clocks will run out. When you look back will you be able to say you spent your time the way you wanted to? Or did you waste it? In this episode of What The Fat, I challenge you to shift your perspective on the value of time and how you’re using it currently in your life.

One thing we all have the same of is time. Often times we discount the value of time, because we feel we have plenty. We take it for granted because it is always there, but what if it wasn’t? Don’t wait for a massive life crisis or event to wake you up and make you realize how precious this life is. Time is the most valuable thing we have, spend it wisely.
