Hence, all of our coaches are Keto Mentors who have walked your path and understand the ins and outs of how to live a well-formulated ketogenic lifestyle.
Using our proprietary customization process, our mentors will work directly with you to guide you to turn this from a temporary diet into a sustainable lifestyle. Each of the mentors has been thoroughly trained by Dr. Ryan Lowery and have gone through the Keto Mastery certification program. This program is the most intensive course certification (over 100 hours of coursework) to learn about everything from the basics of keto to advanced ketogenic applications.

Chelsea has a master’s degree in Medical Sciences and a Bachelors’s in Biomedical Sciences. She uses her expertise to help educate on the science behind proper nutrition and exercise. Research plays a major role in her education and decision-making when working with clients.
Her passion is to help people regain control of their health through simple, small changes. Patience and consistency are the keys to long-term success in her book!
In her free time, Chelsea is also a yoga and group fitness instructor who loves being outdoors!
Michelle has been following a ketogenic diet since 2018 in which she has lost over 70 pounds and completely changed her life. Her success has fueled her passion to share all the benefits of ketosis.
After learning everything keto has to offer and becoming a Keto Mastery Specialist, Michelle is well equipped to assist all walks of life with their keto journey.
She loves the outdoors and finds the two to be very beneficial for gratitude and movement to aid in her keto journey. She also gets a pretty good workout in when playing with her pup, Kodi.
Preston is currently a high-school science teacher and soccer coach who has a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and is completing his Masters in the summer of 2021 in Applied Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition.
He has a passion to help others achieve their performance and health goals through individualized nutrition and exercise. He is a firm believer that we can alter our genome simply by altering our nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle choices to vastly improve our quality of life. He loves being able to serve others by using the gifts God gave him.
Miles survived 2 brain surgeries and has been keto ever since. He largely credits keto for giving him a second change at life. He was suffering from 3-6 seizures daily and now has gone almost 500 days seizure free.
He is passionate about helping others regain contol of their life similar to how keto helped him. After graduating as a keto Mastery Specialist he knew he was ready and well equiped to properly help others change their lives as well.
Lola is a mother of three who is on her own keto journey after losing over 100 pounds. She has since made it her mission to help busy individuals learn to love the keto lifestyle while keeping it simple and sustainable.
She is quickly approaching her 3rd year doing keto and has no plans to stop soon. Along the way, she experienced many ups and downs however learned from her mistakes along the way.

Ethel is a mother of 2 and well aware of how diet can sometimes take a back seat to the rest of your life. She has however learned the keys to making keto easy for everyone.
She started keto after she regularly experienced body aches, migraines, gastritis, digestive issues and depression. It was as though a light switch had been flipped and she was without any more problems. Ethel then became very involved in the fitness space teaching and helping others achieve their ideal bodies physically.
She has since made it her mission in life, to help others regain their health, energy, weight loss and fitness goals. She is always learning and passionate about sharing the latest keto science to help the community.
Deb received a Master’s degree in Communications and worked for almost 40 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving Intellectually Developmentally Disabled Adults. After spending 7 years as a caregiver for her Mom, Deb returned to school to get an advanced degree in Naturopathy, with specializations in lifestyle and nutrition.
Deb began exploring Ancestral Health in 2010 and naturally found her way to the Ketogenic lifestyle. She has been Keto for 5 years and has been using a therapeutic version of the diet/lifestyle since January of 2020. That journey with therapeutic Keto began with the diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer (MBC). Deb has successfully applied a therapeutic Ketogenic lifestyle to enhance her standard of care treatments. This has increased the effectiveness of those treatments and mitigated the side effects most individuals experience with those treatments.
She is passionate about helping bring good health outcomes to others with breast cancer; to empower them to thrive through the cancer process using a Ketogenic lifestyle.
Heather started her ketogenic journey 7 years ago. Growing up she experienced brain fog and low energy when she followed a high carbohydrate diet. She recognized she felt better and could maintain a healthy weight when eating lower carbohydrates. However, it wasn’t until she discovered the ketogenic lifestyle that she experienced mental clarity, focus, increased and consistent energy allowing her to weight train, mountain bike, hike and dirt bike.
Her experience with the ketogenic diet inspires her to lead men and women to ketogenic wellness and avoid pitfalls and confusion. Heather’s goal is to motivate, guide and encourage you to achieve optimal health and your best physical performance based on sound nutritional ketosis principles.
