Autism and Keto

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 1 in 68 American children are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects social communication and includes repetitive behaviors. Researchers from the University of Hawaii found that a modified keto diet (with MCT supplements) reduced the severity of autism symptoms in children. Here’s the best part: researchers noted improvements in less than three months.
