Foods Highest in Omega-3s

We love our fatty acids, especially for the protective effect they have on our hearts–omega-3 fats are known to help lower cholesterol and prevent heart disease, among many other things. Known for being found in fish, two of the top sources are actually walnuts and chia seeds, 66% & 61% of your daily value, respectively. So, if you’re not a fish person, don’t despair — just make sure you get in plenty of other quality sources.
