Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the celery root with the oil and Cajun seasoning. Arrange into a single, even layer. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the fries are cooked through and have browned on both sides. Enjoy!
