Discussion

  1. Judy Hoffman says:

Where are the potatoes? I read one thing one place, and I read it elsewhere, and I get really confused. If I spend all this time making something, and what do I do with the rest. My freezer is full. If I have the energy to make a smoothie, I am done. I usually do not have enough energy to clean up the mess,

    1. Amy Hayes says:

Hi, Judy. Potatoes are not keto, but this recipe for keto “potatoes” uses radishes because they have a similar taste and texture. They are a keto-fied version of potatoes and bacon.
