  cup monk fruit
 ½ cup pumpkin puree
 4 eggs

Preheat the oven at 350°F.

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy and set aside to cool.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

Stir in the eggs and pumpkin puree.

Add in the maple syrup and mix until well combined.

Evenly pour the mixture into a muffin tin.

Roughly chop the cooked bacon.

Sprinkle each muffin with the chopped bacon and chocolate chips.
