Smoked salmon and goat cheese pepperoncini

Dill, here mixed into goat cheese, is a classic complement to smoked salmon. And as if you needed another reason to make them, these tasty little bites have just one carb per serving, so they're perfect for snacking on when you don't want to dip into your daily carb allowance.

 ¼ cup goat cheese
 2 tbsp fresh dill(chopped)
 4 oz jarred pepperoncini peppers(drained, sliced open)
 2 oz smoked salmon(cut into strips)

Directions

In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese and the dill.

Fill each pepperoncini with one teaspoon of goat cheese mixture.

Wrap the smoked salmon around the pepperoncini and enjoy!
