Keto sugar-free hot honey meatballs

These hot honey meatballs couldn't be easier; just combine with the sauce ingredients and let them simmer in the slow cooker for a couple of hours while you go about your day. Serve with zoodles and keto rolls.

 ½ cup sugar-free honey
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 2 tbsp butter
 2 lbs frozen meatballs

In a medium bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard.

Add the sauce, butter, and frozen meatballs to the slow cooker and toss to combine. Cook on
high for two hours, stirring halfway through, until the meatballs reach an internal temperature
of 160°F (70°C). Serve and enjoy!
