Craving something sweet and chocolatey on keto, but don't want to go to the store to buy ingredients? This simple, 3-ingredient keto chocolate mousse is your savior! It is quick and easy to make and won't require you to dirty up the kitchen in order to have a delicious chocolate dessert in minutes!
Add the heavy whipping cream and erythritol to a medium-to-large bowl.
Using a hand-mixture, beat the heavy cream and sweetener until a whipped cream-like texture.
Slowly fold in the unsweetened cocoa powder.
Note: if you add in the cocoa powder too quickly or with the hand-mixer it will fly everywhere.
Once fully combined, you can add additional sweetener to taste depending on your preference.
Optional: garnish your keto chocolate mousse with keto-friendly chocolate chips or shavings.
Serve your Keto Chocolate Mousse cold. Store in an airtight container.
