Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add keto sweetener of choice (we recommend allulose, stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit). Start with just a tsp and add more until desired sweetness.
Add favorite toppings and serve.
Note: We suggest topping with unsweetened coconut flakes, berries, nuts, and/or low carb granola!
