Using an air fryer is quicker than the oven time, and the result is a crispy, caramelized outer layer and soft inside Brussel sprout. Avocado oil mayo is the perfect accompaniment, and it's filled with healthy fats!
Set your air fryer to 360°F and run for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the oil, salt, and pepper and toss with the Brussels sprouts to evenly coat.
Place your Brussel sprouts in the shaker basket (using a silicone liner inside the basket works best but isn't required).
Set the timer for 10 minutes at 360°F.
Open the fryer, shake the basket, and add the garlic.
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the Brussel sprouts are browned to your liking. Optional additions are freshly squeezed lemon and avocado oil mayo. Enjoy!
