Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Shrimp

You can't get any easier than this lemon-pepper shrimp. Just toss the shrimp with lemon-pepper seasoning and oil and throw them into the air fryer for a few minutes for a delicious centerpiece to any meal. Serve over spiralized zucchini, palmini noodles, cauliflower rice, or alongside a squash gratin and keto dinner rolls.

 10 oz shrimp(peeled, deveined)
 avocado oil spray
 ¾ tsp lemon-pepper seasoning

Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF (205ºC).

In a bowl, spray the shrimp with the oil. Add the seasoning and toss to combine.

Transfer the shrimp to the air fryer basket and bake for eight minutes, until cooked through. Remove and enjoy!
