If you're looking for a way to put your air fryer to use, you'll want to bookmark this recipe. Combining sliced sausage and halved Brussels sprouts results in a balanced keto dinner of protein and crispy veggies with almost no prep and less than 20 minutes of hands-off cooking time.

Air fryer sausage and brussels sprouts

 2 cups Brussels sprouts(halved)
 ½ yellow onion(roughly chopped)
 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 avocado oil spray
 8 oz pork sausage(sliced into rounds)
 sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Preheat the air fryer to 390ºF (200ºC).

In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and onion with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Spray with oil.

Transfer the veggies and sausage to the air fryer in an even layer (working in batches if needed).

Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pork is cooked through and the veggies are browned. Divide evenly between plates and enjoy!
