Almond Butter Cups

Whether you have a peanut sensitivity/allergy or are just looking to try something new, try swapping peanut butter in traditional peanut butter cups for these tasty almond butter cups! They are packed full of chocolatey, nutty flavor, but with fewer carbs!

Ingredients
 100 g keto-friendly dark chocolate
 100 g keto-friendly milk chocolate
 ¼ cup mixed nuts (Brazilian nuts, hazelnuts, almonds and pecans)
 12 tbsp almond butter
Directions

Melt the chocolate together in the microwave.

Cover the bottom and sides of mini cupcake forms with chocolate. I take a tsp and pour in the bottom and turn it to the side and roll the form around so the chocolate covers the edges.

Put them in the freezer for 5 min. Take out and fill them with about a tbsp of nut butter of choice.

Press down a nut in the almond butter in all of them and put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes.

Chop the nuts and add to the rest of the chocolate.

Take the almond butter cups from the freezer and top them with the nut chocolate and store them in the freezer for the best texture.
