Heat an oiled skillet over low-medium heat.
Add zucchini and salt to heated pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Strain excess water from zucchini. and place back in skillet.
Mix in the pesto and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in mashed avocado, basil, pepper, and salt.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and basil.
