Keto Bacon Beer Jam

Ingredients
  cup bacon, cut into strips
 ½ cup low-carb beer
 ¼ cup sugar-free syrup
 1 tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 1 medium onion, diced
 3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

In a large skillet, cook bacon until golden and remove from heat.
Note: Do not strain bacon grease.

Over low heat, saute onions in bacon fat until golden.

Add in the garlic and saute for another 2 minutes.

Stir in theremaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often.

Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.

Using a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients and create a paste-like consistency.
