Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken

 24 oz chicken bread (about 4, 6 oz chicken breasts)
 2 tsp Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix (1/2 tsp for each chicken breast)
 1 tsp salt
 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 4 tbsp cream cheese
 4 bacon strips
 1 whole green onion, chopped
 1 roma tomato, sliced

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.


Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub the salt and ranch seasoning mixes onto the chicken breast.


Add 1 tbsp of cream cheese and spread on top of each of the chicken breasts.


Add tomato slices on top of the cream cheese.


Add half of the shredded cheese mixture onto the chicken breasts.


Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.


While the chicken is cooking, cook and chop the bacon, then set aside.


Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and chopped bacon.


Cook for an additional 5 minutes.


Remove the bacon cheddar ranch chicken from the oven. Top with the chopped green onion and serve.
