Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
To make a rose shape out of the bacon, start with a single strip and roll inward from one side to the other, length-wise. As you roll, you'll notice the bacon will start to look like a rose.
Insert two toothpicks into the bottom, making an X shape. this will help hold the bacon roses up and allow the grease to drip down when cooking.
Place the bacon rose with the toothpicks down towards the bottom into a muffin tin.
Repeat this step for all 12 bacon roses.
Place the bacon roses in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked.
Remove the bacon roses from the oven and place them on a paper towel to cool down.
While the bacon is cooling, remove the fake flowers from the stems.
Once the bacon roses are cool, place each one on a stem where a fake flower was.
Repeat for all 12 pieces and there you'll have a beautiful bacon bouquet perfect for Valentine's Day!
