Keto Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

 1 ½ lbs asparagus
 6 slices of bacon
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare the asparagus and cut off the bottom inch of the stalks.

Separate the asparagus into bundles. You should end up with 6 bundles with about 11 stalks per bundle (depending on the size of the stalks).

Wrap the bundles with one piece of bacon each.

Transfer the bacon-wrapped bundles to a baking sheet covered in tinfoil.

Drizzle avocado oil on top and season.

Place in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes or so then broil for another 2-3 minutes (or until the bacon becomes crispy).

Remove from the oven and let them cool.
