Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the meat, egg, veggies, and seasonings together.

Combine the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire to make the sauce.

Line a loaf pan with strips of bacon. Leave the ends of the bacon hanging over the sides of the pan.

Once the pan is lined, put the meat loaf mixture into the pan.

Top with 4 tablespoons of the sauce mixture.

Cover the meatloaf mixture with the ends of the bacon that was left hanging over the pan.

Put the meatloaf into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven.

Drain the excess grease and flip the meatloaf onto a sheet pan and top with the remaining sauce.

Put the meatloaf back into the oven and continue to cook until the meatloaf reaches 155 degrees, about 10 more minutes.

Remove from the oven and let set for about 5 minutes.

Cut into 12 slices and serve.
