Baked Garlic Parmesan Hot Wings

These baked keto hot wings are prepared with olive oil and fresh herbs so they're a guilt-free appetizer for the big game! Adding a garlic and Parmesan sauce gives even more flavor, and the classic pairing of celery and blue cheese dressing makes the perfect match.

Ingredients
 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 tsp dried rosemary
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp sea salt
 2 ½ lbs chicken wings
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp fresh basil, minced
 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  cup grated Parmesan cheese
 ½ tsp seasoning salt

Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, combine the oregano, rosemary, cumin, and sea salt. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and season with the mixture.

Bake the wings for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. While the chicken is baking, combine the oil, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and seasoning salt.

Remove the wings from the oven and toss in the garlic and parmesan mixture. Pair with celery and blue cheese dressing (optional) and enjoy!
