Warm the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for two to three minutes or until soft. Add the beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook for seven to eight minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos and coconut sugar. Add the mixture to the pan along with noodles. Stir and cook for two to three minutes until the noodles are reheated.
Divide evenly between bowls and top with green onion. Enjoy!
