The tasty and elegant, yet simple blackberry keto margarita pops are the perfect summer treat!

Ingredients
 20 drops stevia glycerite
 1 cup water
 ½ cup blackberries
 ½ cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
 ¼ cup tequila
 zest of 2 limes
Directions

Muddle the blackberries in a saucepan with the water and bring to a simmer.

Strain out the seeds and allow the mixture to cool.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher.

Taste for sweetness and adjust to personal preference.
Note: Frozen foods often taste less sweet so account for this when taste testing.

Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds and place in the freezer.

Freeze for 2-4 hours or until the popsicle is completely solid.
