Preheat the oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave cauliflower for 3 minutes and let cool.
Place in strainer and push out all the excess water.
Place cauliflower in a bowl, add rest of ingredients and combine well.
Spread out on the baking tin and bake for 15 minutes, then broil on low for 5 more minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool down for a least 10 minutes so it becomes firmer, cut into 7 even rectangles.
Serve warm.
