You can still enjoy delicious French fries on your keto nutrition plan by switching out the potato for celery root. Pair this classic side dish with a lettuce-wrapped burger, and be sure to add to some avocado oil mayo or low-sugar ketchup for dipping!

Ingredients
 4 ½ cups celery root, peeled and cut into fries
 1 ½ tbsp avocado oil
 1 ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning

Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the celery root with the oil and Cajun seasoning. Arrange into a single, even layer. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the fries are cooked through and have browned on both sides. Enjoy!
