Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a medium pan, cook the ground beef with the chili seasoning until fully cooked.

Take an 8x8 glass baking dish and coat the bottom with chili. Then top with a layer of sliced hot dogs. Place a layer of cheddar cheese on top of the hot dogs (half a cup). Repeat the layers ending with the remaining cheddar cheese and set aside.

Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl. Add the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds. Remove and add the egg and salt. Mix until combined.

Divide the dough into 16 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and place on top of the layers of chili, cheese, and hot dogs. Sprinkle the tops of the fat head dough with chili powder.

Place in the oven and cook until the dough is golden brown, about 20 min.

Remove from the oven, let set for 5 minutes, and then serve.
