 1 cup almond flour
 2 egg whites
 1 egg
 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 2 tbsp stevia
 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
 ¼ tsp vanilla
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a cupcake mold.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Mix the wet ingredients until well combined and set aside.

Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl until well combined.

With a spoon, pour batter evenly into the tins.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until done.

Note: To test if it is done, insert a toothpick into the middle. If it comes out clean, it is done.

Allow to completely cool before frosting with your favorite keto frosting.

Note: Try topping with sugar free whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
