 1 scoop chocolate-flavored collagen powder
 ½ avocado
 2 tbsp almond butter
 10 oz unsweetened almond milk
 ice
 optional: for extra chocolate flavor add 1 tbsp keto chocolate chips or unsweetened cocoa powder
