Break apart 1 chocolate bar and place the pieces in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave the chocolate in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is completely melted.
Remove the melted chocolate from the microwave and stir in 1 tbsp of the sweetener and ½ tsp salt.
Pour the chocolate mixture onto a plate or baking dish, making sure to spread the mixture out evenly.
Place in the freezer for 5–10 minutes, or until chocolate is solid.
Once the mixture is solid, remove from the freezer and top with 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
Note: If the peanut butter is too thick, trying microwaving it for 10–20 seconds or until soft.
Spread the peanut butter evenly on top of the chocolate base.
Place the dish back into the freezer for 5–10 minutes or until peanut butter is firm.
Repeat steps 1–3 in a separate bowl.
Evenly the chocolate mixture over top the peanut butter.
Sprinkle ½ tsp salt over the melted chocolate.
Freeze again for an additional 5–10 minutes or until the chocolate is solid.
Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
