In a microwave safe mixing bowl, heat the heavy whipping cream for 2 minutes.
Add in the chocolate chips and Swerve and stir until chocolate is melted and creamy.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
One dough is firm, but not frozen, scoop and roll into balls.
Dip truffles into your favorite topping(s) and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
