This keto-friendly porridge is the perfect replacement for morning oats or cereal. Not only is this breakfast perfect for your keto macros, the Chia and flaxseeds give an added boost of healthy fats and nutrient-dense vitamins and minerals.
Heat the almond milk in a small pot over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Turn the heat off then add the chia seeds, coconut, flax, cinnamon, and stevia. Stir for about a minute until the porridge has thickened.
Let the porridge rest for two to three minutes more to allow the chia seeds time to swell. Add more almond milk if needed to reach the desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
