Recipe Instructions

Preheat waffle iron.

Run the almond flour, baking powder, and salt through a sifter and set aside.

Mix the heavy cream, oil, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl and then add the erythritol.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Stir in the cinnamon and orange zest.

Let the batter sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into the waffle maker and cook until desired doneness.
**optional: place the waffles in the oven on low heat for about 10 minutes to crisp up.
