Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350ºF (177ºC).

Sift together the coconut oil powder, baking powder, whey protein, casein protein, cinnamon, and salt into a large bowl.

Mix all but 2 tablespoons of the chopped macadamia nuts into the protein mixture; set the remaining 2 tablespoons aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla until well-combined.

With a hand mixer or tabletop mixer, cream together the butter, erythritol, and sucralose. With the mixer running, slowly add the egg mixture and beat until smooth.

While creaming, slowly add the dry ingredients and beat until smooth.

Pour the batter into the doughnut pans, until the cavities are half full.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

While the doughnuts are baking, whip heavy cream with whisk, hand mixer, or tabletop mixer until soft peaks form.

Slowly sift in the cocoa powder, erythritol, and sucralose and continue whipping until medium-hard peaks form; place in the refrigerator until needed.
