These low carb, gluten-free, and dairy-free Keto Coconut Chocolate Chip Muffins are a healthier alternative to your favorite carb-loaded sweets.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a muffin tin with muffin liners and set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, shredded coconut, Monk Fruit Sweetener and baking powder.
Add in the eggs one at a time and mix well. Add the melted coconut oil and almond milk.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter among the muffin tins (should make about 12).
Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
