This easy recipe lets you create festive, flavorful, high-protein sausage patties for a holiday breakfast or a quick weeknight dinner. Our recipe uses ground turkey, but good quality pork works too. Cranberry sage sausage patties

 1 lb extra lean ground turkey
  cup dried unsweetened cranberries
 2 tbsp fresh sage(chopped)
 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp sea salt

Combine the ground turkey, cranberries, sage, and salt in a bowl. Mix everything together with your hands and form four even-sized patties.

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for seven to eight minutes per side, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
