Ingredients
 8 oz cream cheese
 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
 6 oz Monterey jack cheese, shredded
 1 cup heavy cream
 4 tbsp salsa(or use freshly chopped onions, jalapenos, and tomatoes)

In a saucepan, add the cheeses (cream cheese, cheddar, and Monterey) and heavy cream.

Heat over medium-low heat, stirring well until fully melted and combined.

Once melted, stir in the salsa.
