Keto no-cook cucumber salad

Ingredients
 ½ cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
 1 green onion, chopped
 1 tbsp sliced red onion
 black pepper, to taste
 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried dill)
 1 garlic clove, minced
 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the cucumbers.
