Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the kale pieces in a small bowl and use your hands to massage the kale leaves with the oil, until all pieces are evenly coated.
Place the kale on the lined baking sheet so that non are overlapping.
