Recipe Instructions

Roughly chop baker’s chocolate for dark chocolate center, then place in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds.

Once melted, remove from microwave and mix in protein powder, butter, and Truvia® baking blend.

Using a small silicone mold portion dark chocolate evenly and place at room temperature or in the refrigerator to harden.

Roughly chop baker’s chocolate for peanut butter shell, then place in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds.

Once melted, remove from microwave and mix in peanut butter, butter, sweeteners, and spices.

Once dark chocolate centers have hardened, remove from mold and place in a larger silicone mold.

Fill larger silicone mold with the peanut butter shell and place in the refrigerator to harden.

Store in a cool, dry area until desired.

Note: If you do not have silicone molds, then you can achieve something similar by using a muffin tin. In a lined muffin tin pour a small amount of peanut butter shell in the bottom, place in the refrigerator to harden, pour over dark chocolate center, place in the refrigerator to harden, then add remaining peanut butter shell on top. This will create an inside-out Reeses® Peanut Butter Cup!
