Easy Ground Beef Dinner Skillet

This ground beef skillet dish includes low-carb produce and a variety of seasonings so it's not your typical meat and vegetable dinner. Perfect for batch-cooking, this keto dinner recipe can be doubled so you have easy-to-heat lunches for the week!

Ingredients
 1 ½ lbs ground beef
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 3 ½ cups diced tomatoes with juices
 2 medium zucchini, chopped
 2 tsp cumin
 ½ tsp onion powder

Directions

Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for five to eight minutes, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain extra liquid if needed.

Add the diced tomatoes, zucchini, cumin, and onion powder. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Divide into bowls and enjoy!
