This dish gives you all of the delicious fillings found in a Chinese egg roll, in one big bowl. Since these bowls keep really well in the refrigerator, this is a great recipe to batch-cook ahead of time, so you have tasty Chinese-inspired food for the week.
Brown the pork in a medium nonstick skillet until cooked all the way through and then add the ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Add the coleslaw and stir until coated with sauce. Add the chopped onions and mix thoroughly.
Continue to cook for 2 minutes and then remove from heat and plate. Top with sesame seeds (optional).
