Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl. Add the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds. Remove and add the egg and salt. Mix until combined.

Divide the dough into four equal portions. Take one portion and roll into a log and then form a circle with a 2 in hole in the center. Press the ends together firmly and repeat with the remaining portions.

Place the bagels on a parchment lined sheet pan. Sprinkle the tops with the everything bagel seasoning. Place the pan in the oven and bake until the bagels are brown and firm.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

When cooled, slice the bagels in half. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagel. Top the bottom half of the bagel with a layer of salmon. Sprinkle the capers, dill, and red onion on top of the salmon. Place the top half of the bagel on top of the bottom half and serve.
