--- Bell Pepper, thinly sliced

--- Onion, thinly sliced

c Mozzarella, shredded

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

For the Dough:
Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.

Add the cream cheese.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds.

Remove and add egg and seasoning.

Mix until combined.

Place the dough ball on a sheet of parchment paper and place another sheet on top.

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness in a long rectangle shape.

Remove the top piece of paper.

Put the rolled out dough on a baking sheet(bottom parchment paper still there).

To Assemble:
Place the beef on top of the dough keeping it 3 inches from the edge of the dough.

Layer the peppers and onions on top of the beef

Sprinkle the cheese on top of the beef and vegetables.

Cut 1 inch strips on the edge of the dough with a pizza cutter or knife

Fold the strips towards the center and seal the beef in the fat head dough.

Place the beef roll into the oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until it is golden brown.

Remove and cut into slices.

*optional: serve with au jus.
