Allow lamb to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients.
Using your hands, form 4 equivalent patties.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Preheat a large sauté pan over medium heat.
When pan searing, you are looking to develop a crust, or sear. Do not disturb patties once they have hit the pan. Allow them to cook 5–7 minutes per side, flipping once.
Let patties rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
