Fish dip probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about what to include in the Thanksgiving spread, but it's nice to mix it up and add something new to the traditional meat and cheese platters found on the appetizer table. Use endive leaves and sliced radishes to dip with optional crackers for non-keto guests.
In a medium bowl, stir to combine the salmon and crème fraiche until the mixture turns pink, about 3 minutes.
Add the freshly squeezed lemon and dill and combine.
Serve cold with endive leaves or fresh radish slices.
