Garlic and green beans complement each other perfectly, just wait to add the garlic until the end of this stir-fry so it doesn't burn. Chopped fresh herbs of any kind are great here too; just add them in the last two minutes of cooking.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the beans, salt, and pepper and sauté for three to five minutes.
Add the garlic and sauté for another one to three minutes until the beans are tender-crisp or cooked to your liking.
Divide onto plates and enjoy!
