 ¼ cup almond flour
 ¼ cup sugar-free syrup
 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
 1 cup unsweetened coconut, shaved
 ¼ cup almonds, shaved
 ¼ cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
 ¼ cup walnuts, crushed
 ¼ cup pistachios

Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until well combined.


Spread ingredients evenly onto the baking sheet.


Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes.


Once crispy, remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
